Product Care & Maintenance:
Shutters: Our range is made of lightweight powder coated aluminium that should, if used correctly and properly cared for, remain rust free for the life of your shutters. Particular care must be taken when exposed to a salty environment. To clean, use a small amount of mild soapy water and rinse clean. Do not use abrasive products or chemicals. We recommend using a soft microfibre cloth to avoid damage to the finish of the shutters.
Tracks: Ensure tracks are kept clean and are free of dust and dirt to prevent damage and resulting in operational defects. If your shutter is scraping on its track, do not operate. Operation of shutters in this instance will cause damage and lead to roller failure.
